No. CS01 ‘Standard Issue’  For shooters who simply want to enjoy their Colt just as it is, this package contains the essential tuning and reliability modifications including:

·        action/trigger tune. Internal parts smoothed and polished for a soft, slick feel. Pull weight set at appxt. 2 ½--3 lbs., bolt fitted properly and timing set, if need be. Chambers align with loading trough for easy unloading

·        reduced-pressure springs fitted to lower action cycle pressure and extend the service life of the parts

·        endfloat and headspace checked and adjusted, if necessary

·        oversize, factory-style Belt Mountain base pin fitted to improve function and reliability

·        forcing cone checked and recut, if indicated

·        barrel extension cut to eliminate dragging, if necessary

No. CS02 ‘Light-weight’ SAA conversion  Done in the classic ‘30’s style with scalloped recoil shield and loading gate, narrowed frame rails and shortened barrel. Also includes:

·        Standard Issue tuning pkg.

·        4 in. barrel with dovetail front sight (cannot be built on 4 ¾ in. guns)

·        new barrel markings, rebluing and coloring

·        black powder cylinder chamfer

·        optional Bisley-spur hammer (see cat. No. C440)

CS02 $1795

No. CS03 Standard caliber conversion Complete caliber conversions designed for serous shooters. These are performed to the highest mechanical standards and utilize the finest materials available. Includes our custom barrel, custom cylinder, reblue of the parts set (less receiver which can be recolored at extra cost) and our ‘Standard Issue’ tune. Available in .25-20, .32-20 and most an other appropriate caliber.
