ROUGH COUNTRY HEAVY-DUTY ADJUSTABLE REAR SIGHTS
These heavy-duty adjustable rear sights are dedicated designs engineered specifically for Ruger and Smith & Wesson revolvers. The buttressed body and a substantial blade tenon afford increased protection for the blades. Available in a wide variety of blade styles and heights, blades are readily interchanged without removing the body from the revolver. Made from heat-treated alloy steel, these sights are finely machine from bar stock and matte black finished to reduce glare. All square-notch blades are .125 wide, the industry standard size. Due to an ever-increasing variety of these parts, we do not always have a given variation in stock. Most we can deliver in short order, however. Thanks to the flexibility of this design, we can often assemble a non-cataloged version if you do not see exactly what you need. Complete instructions included.

The Smith & Wesson Rough Country adjustable rear sights utilize opposing tension screws for windage adjustments while a simple and positive detent system controls elevation adjustments which makes these sights especially well-suited to target and IDPA competition revolvers. Available ONLY for contemporary Smith & Wesson drilled for scope bases with the round-tang sights. Will not fit older guns with the square-ended sight tangs. Available in several blades styles in the three standard Smith & Wesson sight heights.

This sight is designed to replace the old-style square-tang sights with the small attaching screw found on older Smith & Wesson revolvers.
These sights must be drilled for the attachment screw by you or your gunsmith. This service is available from Bowen Classic Arms for an additional $35.00 but we must have your original sight or measurements of the screw hole layout. Please call (865) 981-8869 for assistance. These measurements vary from model to model and often gun to gun. Body comes will all other parts except the sight blade which much be ordered separately and can be found in the miscellaneous parts sections of the store.
